Really enjoyed. I teared up. This has been on my to read list for a while, and I'm happy I finally sat down to read it. The art is very lovely, and the relationship the characters had made me cry. Sometimes puzzle pieces don't fit together very well.. even if a few pieces go into place.. Thank you for sharing.

such a bittersweet and interesting meditation on (at least in my opinion) the concept of "true love" and "belonging to someone for the rest of your life". the idea that you should stick together no matter what since love should be enough, when in reality relationships can be so much more complex. that there will always be parts where you and the other person differ, things left unsaid that you couldn't possibly have accounted for... it said a lot in such a short time and that's really commendable.
(also i really liked the art, art style, and character designs as well!!!)

This one kept me thinking the whole time. About baggage we leave behind when we move on with our lives, about people we think we'll always be with, about how sometimes the best thing something in our lives can do is...end. It feels like a story about holding on but also about letting go. It felt like, in the end, they both accepted how things had to go. You can ride that train until you're an empty husk but it'll never reach the station.
Two girls yearn together, two girls yearn apart. Rinse and repeat.
Dead Dolls Never Die weaves itself with both an honest precision and a dark tenderness, creating an intimate relationship that effortlessly laces the innocent with the gruesome. Its abstractions allow for a wide variety of exploration of its themes, its writing is direct and evocative, and its art is charming, like experiencing a dream.
It's ephemeral, it's fleeting, yet part of it will stay with you, like a memory not quite grasped.
The dreamlike feel of the art and the setting really works… like the kind of dream where you’re looking for the exit where you can’t find it or know you need to do something but can’t remember what. Beautiful and bittersweet.
Also high quality guro. I liked the part where Noelle did that thing with her tongue.
It's a Cheshire sickness by any other name than "confusion", it's a girl on a ride that she feels that needs to end/should never end.

i adore your art style, it reminds me of aya takano's tarot deck illustrations, but is also unique in its own way. simply gorgeous! the overall atmosphere of this story feels so whimsical yet so dark, and you nailed the balance perfectly. definitely glad i checked it out <3
